  • For Zhujiang Creative Center Office we created a clean, simple, and young design spiced up with bold accents of color and industrial details to match the overall image of the building.
Due to the low ceiling height, we propose a box-in-box concept. That means the enclosed spaces are detached from the open ceiling, creating the image of a self-standing box. The walls of these “boxes” could be used as white boards, art display /media content or even as a creative canvas for the employees. The shared areas on each floor (pantries, meeting rooms, brainstorming rooms, etc) will be the accents that will bring a freshness to the whole space.
Since the studio volume and the office floors are separated by the atrium the idea of opposing the two volumes from the design point came naturally. So, the studio wall stands vertical and is very textured while the office wall is slanted and smooth and separates into fanning balconies.
